Biological Sciences Course: Biophysics

The Postgraduate Program in Biological Sciences - Biophysics was created in 1963, being one of the first to be accredited by the MEC and was responsible for issuing the first Doctorate degree from UFRJ.

The program has a concept 7 in CAPES and by December 2012, 844 masters and 675 doctors were trained in the program, totaling 1,519 graduates.
